The clean architecture and the expertly pruned lone pine tree may prime you for a solemn and ceremonial meal. But this cheerful, boisterous restaurant opened in 2019 actually combines robatayaki cooking with the art of sake tasting. Feel free to ask the sake sommelier for recommendations. Grilled items like amadai, unagi shirayaki with caviar, and yakitori are must-tries, but those who crave variety would also enjoy sashimi and sushi on the menu.
