From the ironwork and fireplace to the wooden floors, the former home (1920s) of Alberic Plettinck, ironworker and artist, has been tastefully restored. After being welcomed by your graceful hostess, you will sample an updated version of classical recipes. The chef has a weakness for pork, which he lets speak for itself.
