MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
An unusual restaurant which has been converted from the former goods yard at the railway station in Sines. Following major renovation, it now features a large bar counter at the entrance, with its superb fish and seafood display, a meticulous main dining room furnished in classic style, plus a pleasant dining space in the basement crowned by a brick-vaulted ceiling. The emphasis on the menu is on traditional cooking, with fresh fish taking centre stage. We particularly recommend the razor shell rice with fried cuttlefish (arroz de lingueirão com choco frito) and the skewer of squid with prawns (espetada de lulas com gambas).
