MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Having worked for around a dozen years in various Michelin-starred restaurants, young chef Luca Politano has returned home to this small but charming hotel-restaurant which has been run by his family for many years. The result is excellent cuisine ranging from dishes prepared from local ingredients to more contemporary options that are full of flavour.
