MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Renee Rischmeyer, who has taken over this historic Gasthaus (inn) in the St Georgen district, is no stranger here – he has already found success in Freiburg's Colombi, as well as in Switzerland. The decorative style is rural and modern (beautiful tiled stoves), the atmosphere is pleasantly down to earth. International food that gives a nod to regional tradition, at fair prices.
