Two MICHELIN Stars: Excellent cooking, worth a detour!
The 1,876 copper tiles hanging from the ceiling are quite a spectacle, but they don’t outshine the Taiwanese cuisine on the table – reinvented with local produce, French techniques and artful plating. Well versed in Western and Chinese cooking, Chef Kai relives his food memories with acumen and witty word play, as manifested by the 9-course menu. A portmanteau of Taiwan and terroir, Taïrroir pays tribute to his Taiwanese roots.
