Seafood is very much the focus at this elegantly dressed restaurant whose muted décor and quality tableware exude comfort and luxury. The Japanese chef from Fukuoka also cleverly incorporates local tea into his cooking. The signature dish of marinated vegetables layered with sushi rice with avocado puree not only pleases the eyes but also the palate. The mille-feuille with white chocolate matcha cream is warm, crisp and flaky.
