MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The dimly lit tunnel adorned by dramatic floral art leads to a cosy room with dark green walls, reminiscent of new growth in a garden. Divided into three “acts”, the 9- or 12-course experimental menu makes for a compelling drama – as an homage to the Singaporean head chef’s roots and collective memories – while his wife takes care of the cocktail pairing.
