Alexandre Marchon, a youthful self-taught owner chef, has successfully left the world of advertising and communication to don the white jacket of a chef and indulge his love of cooking. The recipes (distinctly veggie) hit the spot every time thanks to their bold character and apparent simplicity which lets the ingredient shout its name.
