This bijou eatery, whose welcoming dining room sports white stone and brick walls, is the haunt of Senda David Waguena, who hails from West Africa. He signs a distinctive and appetising culinary score whose multiple influences blend his Togolese roots with his long career in Italy and his passion for Asia. His unusual, even surprising recipes provide a stage for traditional African ingredients (roselle, manioc, plantain banana, moringa, etc.) to rub shoulders with common or garden produce from the French coasts and countryside (shellfish, Salers beef, free-range chickens and farm-reared lamb).
