Milan’s 10 Corso Como is what you might call a mini-mall, if you could exclude any unhip connotations — this former warehouse has been transformed by gallerist Carla Sozzani into a venue containing a bookshop, a café, a restaurant, a roof garden, an exhibition space, and a multi-vendor shop that’s something like an upscale flea market. It’s also home to 3 Rooms, which is just what it sounds like: a three-room boutique hotel spanning the building’s upper floors. Each one is actually a suite, and is kitted out in furniture by modernist masters and stocked with luxe touches like Bang & Olufsen entertainment systems and Hermès bath products.
