MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This restaurant is named after Liwan and therefore went to great lengths to re-create a floating market at night. The dimly-lit dining room boasts booth seating that resembles boats. Apart from the quintessential Cantonese staples, namely noodle soups and congee, the menu also features herbal soups, barbecue meat, home-style stir-fries, dim sum, desserts and local snacks.
