This restaurant serves two kinds of the roux curry so popular in Japan. The Red is a chicken curry with dou ban jiang and capsicum and The Black is a ‘Western-style’ beef curry using wine and honey. Both use potherbs and coconut milk for their base and show the owner-chef's experience in both Chinese and Italian cooking. If you want to try both, you can take advantage of the half-half option.
