The name is a pun on how the cooking here revolves around the charcoal grill, brazier and tandoor. Whether you sit at the counter or in a booth, the chefs put on a performance that is visible from all the seats. On top of the ‘Discovery’ and ‘Experience’ tasting menus, there are also an à la carte and a vegetarian set menu.
