Where bold architecture meets beautiful scenery and spectacular views, they offer an "Omakase Kaiseki menu" that combines local produce (including their own Wagyu beef) with Japanese culinary techniques. Their sushi and sashimi selection is also excellent. The service is friendly and attentive, and the setting is minimalist yet warm and inviting. You can watch chef Dietmar Sawyere and his team at work in the open kitchen. A lunchtime favourite is their "Shidashi Bento". There is also a children's menu.
