This 20-seater dining concept boasts a casual, relaxed vibe. Having worked around the world and in a famous Japanese restaurant, the Italian chef seamlessly blends European techniques with the restrained finesse of Japanese fare. The reasonably priced 7- or 8-course menu is based on local ingredients available that day.
