When seen from the Locanda Petreja, Todi has the appearance of a small town nestled in a fairy-tale landscape of rolling hills – an enchanting ambience echoed in the 12C castle which is home to this restaurant. The chef here is Oliver Glowig, German by birth and yet Italian in his cuisine thanks to the many years he’s been in the country (during which time he was awarded two Michelin stars). His talent shines through his dishes, adapted to showcase Umbria’s excellent ingredients, to which he adds his own personal twist.
