Led by renowned French chef Alain Poletto, the restaurant serves classic French cuisine based on traditional recipes and top-quality ingredients. Among the tempting starters are Charcuterias dos Alpes Caseiras, house-made Alpine charcuterie, Foie Gras and Patê de Campagne, all prepared in-house.
