Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

The hotel's Stay and Dine staycation package lets you enjoy a getaway that is filled with gastronomic delights. Guests get to enjoy two glasses of Prosecco served during dinner, a daily breakfast for two, as well as a choice to upgrade the complimentary three-course set dinner for two at The Lounge to a six-course dinner at three-MICHELIN-starred Lung King Heen at an additional cost. Led by chef Chan Yan Tak, Lung King Heen was the first Cantonese restaurant in the world to be recognised with three MICHELIN stars. Wok-fried Wagyu with Morels and Peppers and Simmered Lobster in Crystal Sauce are two of our Inspectors' favourite dishes there.

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

Foodies will probably be drawn to the HKD$1,000 (for L450 room guests), HKD$1,500 (for L600 room guests) or HKD$2,000 (for L900 suite guests) dining credit that you can use at the hotel's restaurants, including at two-MICHELIN-starred Amber. Helmed by chef Richard Ekkebus, Amber offers a prix-fixe menu of dishes that are dairy- and gluten-free as well as with reduced salt and sugar. Guests can also enjoy a 20 per cent discount at the hotel's select restaurants that the list includes Amber as well.

Under the direction of chef Leung Yu King, Summer Palace excels at crafting dishes with traditional Cantonese cooking techniques, and their set menu includes dishes such as Double-boiled Bamboo Fungus Soup with Morel Mushroom and Cabbage and Stewed Wagyu Beef Cheek with Chef's Special Preserved Bean Paste.
