Looking for a stay-in celebration that goes beyond just good food? Lai Sun Dining Group’s three one-MICHELIN-restaurants are offering a Chef’s Table service where the head chef and servers of the selected restaurant will visit and cook in diners' home to deliver restaurant-level dining experiences. Menus will be tailor-made — diners can ask for the chef’s signature dishes as well as off-menu or festive dishes — and some of the signature dishes of the three chefs available include Roasted Local Ping Yuen Chicken by chef Mitsuru Konishi of Zest by Konishi (pictured left), Charcoal Grilled Hida Wagyu by chef Daisuke Mori of Takumi, and grilled steaks by chef Andrea Spagoni of Beefbar

Because of the pandemic, the team will undergo regular Covid-19 tests before going to the diner’s home. When they arrive, they will also sanitise the cooking area thoroughly and don masks and gloves during the food preparation process. The average cost per person is HKD$3,000 for a minimum of 6 persons, but the cost may vary depending on the choice of dishes.
