For HK$600, you are treated to a seven-course journey, which includes Forum’s signature dim sum (Ah Yat steamed premium shrimp dumpling, steamed pork dumpling with crab roe, steamed Yunnan wild mushroom dumpling); braised goose web with fish maw and shrimp roe in abalone sauce; wok-fried prawn and mushroom with homemade XO sauce; poached fresh yam with lily bulb and tomato in supreme soup; before finishing with hot almond cream with egg white and a traditional dessert.

A plant-based set menu—priced at HK$480 for seven courses—is equally impressive and makes for a no-fuss option for your vegetarian companion. With six private rooms that can accommodate eight to 24 guests to choose from, there are plenty of options for more exclusive experiences.

If you’re looking for a dining spot with seriously good dim sum and authentic Cantonese fare, Man Ho is the place to be. Helmed by chef Jayson Tang, Man Ho is known for its innovative approach to time-honoured recipes, showcasing freshness of and quality of the ingredients with refined techniques.

The set lunch menu changes bi-weekly but might start with a dim sum platter of steamed shrimp dumpling with bamboo pith and shrimp roe, baked preserved meat pastry with sun-dried tomato and onion, steamed assorted mushrooms and truffle dumplings; followed by soup of the day and steamed scallop with egg white and Chinese yellow wine, Inaniwa udon with crab meat in fish stock; and finish up with dessert of the day.

For bigger meetings, Man Ho also has five private dining rooms that can accommodate six to 24 guests each.

In the hustle and bustle of Causeway Bay, you will find microgreens grown in the restaurant and dishes featuring local produce from organic farms in the New Territories.

Whether you are short on time or have an entire afternoon to spare, Roganic’s lunch offerings have something for everyone. You can indulge in any of the sample menus—a five-course lunch menu, a nine-course short tasting menu and a full 12-course full tasting menu—plus pairings with wine or non-alcoholic beverages (think cold brew hojicha green tea, freshly squeezed juices and toasted jerusalem artichoke steeped in pear juice).
