Owner-chef Yoichi Nakaaki pours his heart into creating cuisine that would win the approval of a person from France, the land of epicures. His classic dishes such as pâté en croûte, roast lamb and tarte Tatin are the result of painstaking research. He is especially adept at preparations of fillings, such as pigeon, foie gras and game, wrapped in pastry and dressed in sauces. Dishes here are meant for two, so reservations are for two people or more.
