In this ever-changing city, it is comforting to know that some old favorites continue to be in business after all these years. Since 1990, La Cucina — located on the picturesque hillside of Namsan Mountain — has been serving consistently satisfying Italian cuisine to Seoul diners. With recent renovations came a more modern façade, higher ceilings and two floors of dining space with stunning vistas, but the heart and soul of the restaurant — the food — remains comfortingly familiar. The rich and silky tagliatelle with ragù and meat-sauce lasagna continue to please.
