COPPIE’s freewheeling approach defies genre pigeonholing. The fare created here using various fermentation techniques and seasonings pairs as well with sake as it does with wine. The menu lists ingredients as well as seasonings in dishes that burst with imagination. True to its name (‘coppie’ is Italian for ‘couples’), COPPIE is managed by three couples. The gracious hospitality creates a genial and welcoming atmosphere.
