• 1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in time: 1500 hours
• Check-out time: 1200 hours
• Early Check-In and Late Check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy with applicable charges.
• 2. RATES
• Our rates are inclusive of 8% SST but are subject to change according to government regulations.
• 3. TOURISM TAX
• Tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night applies for non-Malaysians. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.
• 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
• No deposit is required for room booking under Copper Room (King/Twin) without Window and Gold Room (King/Twin) with Window.
• For Platinum Suite with Window and WOLO Suite with Window, a deposit of MYR 200.00nett per room per stay is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to any miscellaneous expenses incurred during the stay.
• 5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
• All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All reservations require full payment upon confirmation of Booking, and this payment is non-refundable. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Telegraphic Transfer. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay, and AMEX. Credit cards will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) using the daily BBR (Bankers Buyers Rate).
• 6. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and this payment is non-refundable. In the event of no-show, a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged.
• 7. PARKING
• For WOLO guests, we do provide valet parking service (managed by a third-party company) at RM30 per car per day for multiple entries.
• Meanwhile, we have arranged an exclusive parking deal at Lot10 with a flat rate of RM 15 per car per entry (valid for 48 hours only). Kindly validate the ticket at our reception counter upon check-out.
• 8. BREAKFAST
• We are serving packed breakfast with a limited menu, it will be delivered to the guest room at the preferred time (in between 8am - 10:30am).
• 9. RESPONSIBILITY
• The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a customer. The company also reserves the right to decline acceptance or retain any customer if it appears that such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the hotel. WOLO Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to change the T&C at any time without prior notice.
