A premium brand of the chain, Chaimen Hui goes for an understated luxe feel in and out. Creative Sichuanese dominates the menu, using top-notch, seasonal ingredients from around the world; many dishes can be ordered in individual portions. Mapo tofu rice is jazzed up by diced Angus beef, while kung pao grain-fed beef short ribs with dried tangerine peel tastes tangy and sweet. Consider booking one of the private rooms for a fee.
