Divided into different zones, this restaurant boasts a glass room that enhances its verdant surroundings with an exotic island feel. On the menu, an eclectic mix of Shandong, Sichuan and Cantonese dishes are given a creative makeover. The pre-order-only Peking duck uses young ducks for their wafer-thin crispy skin and juicy, tender flesh. Sweet and sour pork ribs are succulent and flavoursome, while the fusion water-boiled fish also stands out.
