This family-run restaurant is always full despite its location in a part of town most people generally pass through without stopping. Its facilities include a bar, which leads to several pleasantly arranged dining rooms, a large marquee-style space for private functions, plus a huge garden patio for outdoor gatherings. The high-quality and varied cuisine on offer here is typical of the Minho, featuring fish and seafood from its own live tank, with a predilection for lamprey, plus an extensive selection of meat dishes and even a vegetarian menu. When in season, the lamprey dishes are a must!
