Preludio is an evolving dining concept that starts a new chapter annually. The Columbian owner-chef sets the theme for the year and creates menus according to the seasons. His eclectic style reflects his travels around the world, and pays tribute to his Italian roots. The understated and elegant dining room features a cream, grey and walnut palette; and is drenched in natural light, thanks to the full-height windows on both sides.
