To describe the cuisine as regional would be an understatement – Cibus serves specialities from Ceglie, including family recipes, and has been using local ingredients for years, long before zero - mile produce became fashionable. The antipasti and delicious fresh pasta are truly memorable, making this restaurant a highlight of any trip to Puglia. Make sure you taste the suckling pig with a Primitivo wine reduction and Acquaviva onions, the Ceglia biscuits and the excellent cheeses.
