Being part of the Institute for Tourism Studies, this place has students working in its kitchen and front-of-house teams – and the pride they take in their work is palpable. The menu features European and Macanese dishes; for a taste of local flavours, start with the Macanese appetiser platter and order African chicken as your main. Oenophiles should peruse the exclusively Portuguese wine list. On Saturdays only the Macanese buffet is served.

"The restaurant was set up as an educational unit to sustain the development of Macau’s hospitality industry. In the kitchen, we try to minimize food scraps. Food waste is converted into fertiliser, and then used in our garden. Consumption is further reduced by our solar energy system, AI food waste management system, etc."
