The modern Asian cuisine served at the elegant yet casual restaurant of the exclusive Park Hotel Vitznau is distinctive in that it is completely gluten- and lactose-free, and the use of white sugar is kept to an absolute minimum. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired. The location overlooking the lake is a draw in itself, and it goes without saying that tables on the terrace are highly coveted.
