On the mezzanine floor of the Palais Brongniart, diners are drawn here by the promise of aromatic spices – tamarind, ginger, coriander, saffron. The chef's dishes are inspired by the Maghreb, India, the Middle East: Doha chickpeas with lemon caviar; amberjack, curry leaves and coconut milk; Fez pastilla with dried fruit, cinnamon and star anise.
