Beneath the hotel's central glass roof, modern and trendy decoration, a warm welcome and French-Italian flavours, under the direction of chef Giovanni Passerini. The short menu is a lesson in simplicity and deliciousness – cf. the paccheri with monkfish and bottarga or the rack of lamb grilled on the Josper, Roscoff onions, soft-boiled egg, cockles and a lamb jus. The extensive wine list features a cutting-edge selection.
