Beneath the hotel's central glass roof, the decoration is modern and trendy, with a "summer on the Riviera" feel... and Italian flavours, under the direction of chef Giovanni Passerini. The short Italian-inspired menu (just a soupçon of Frenchness) is a lesson in simplicity and deliciousness. Efficient and friendly service. Good wine list, comprehensive and astute, from France and beyond.
