On Avenue de l'Opéra, near the Comédie Française, a chic brasserie with a retro setting (incorporating Art Deco and the 1970s, with mirrors, gilding, yellow marble and corduroy). As for the food, chef Philip Chronopoulos, who earned two stars at the Palais Royal Restaurant, creates cuisine with global influences (tacos, ceviche, carpaccio, veal Milanese and fillet of beef flambéed with cognac).
