Located in a narrow village lane in Altenhain, Isabelle Pering's restaurant has a pleasantly bright interior done out in a tasteful, minimalist style. With her menu, which you can also choose vegetarian, the chef shows her knack for creating harmonious flavour combinations – this is where her experience gained at top-flight establishments shines through. Most of the ingredients and wines are from the region and certified organic. Delightful terrace.
