Located halfway between Palermo Hollywood and Colegiales, it is a brand with an international presence (Miami, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Quito, Bogotá, etc.) which impresses both for its size and its elegant and delightful contemporary decor, featuring a lively bar, impressive sushi bar, a plethora of wood in the dining room and an attractive terrace teeming with greenery. The cuisine on offer comes courtesy of its chef, Cindy Higa, who showcases the flavours of Peruvian-Japanese fusion cuisine built around superb ingredients. This is demonstrated on a reasonably extensive à la carte menu that includes dishes such as Wasabi Ceviche, Ebi Mentaiko (prawns, roasted rocoto cream and Parmesan) and, among the choice of desserts, a delicious Akaki Mango that plays with mango and passion fruit cream, apple sorbet with pisco and a coconut crunch.
