(Restaurant is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 crisis.) Issaya Siamese Club is housed in a vibrantly coloured and charming 100-year-old colonial villa with a lovely garden. Dishes from all regions of Thailand are represented on the menu. Recipes have a few creative tweaks and subtle modern touches but ultimately respect tradition. Signature dishes are always a good choice but consider the tasting menu to witness the kitchen’s real ambition.
