The trip to the Hegar family's restaurant just outside Bonndorf is definitely worth it! Nestled in a quiet valley, surrounded by woods and meadows – the setting could not be more idyllic. There's an inviting terrace, but you can also enjoy the view from inside. The cuisine is regional and seasonal, made using top-notch ingredients. In the hotel of the same name, there are cosy, modern rooms and a beautiful sauna house, plus a natural swimming pond.

As father and son, we stand for excellent produce that we hunt ourselves, fish from the nearby trout pond, herbs from the garden and everything that doesn't grow on our farm, we source from producers who live the sustainable approach."
