MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Known as the only sushi restaurant that serves aged sushi, Sushi Man went through some major changes. The most notable was the transition of leadership with Chef Kim Jung-ki, a veteran of Japanese cuisine, taking over as the new executive chef and, inevitably, a change in the style of sushi served at the restaurant. The décor also went through some partial remodeling and now features the best of the old and the new. Three different kinds of sushi omakase options are offered for lunch and dinner. Sushi is available for takeout.
