That dream is delivered - and with finesse - at Steak House, a classy but casual steak restaurant located within '322 Sowol-ro', a conceptualized food alley at Grand Hyatt Seoul. The key to their well-executed steaks? The Pira charcoal oven, imported from Spain, cooks meats at extremely high temperatures in a short amount of time to minimize the loss of moisture. The view from the restaurant is a bonus.
