MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Located within Banyan Tree Club and Spa, surrounded by the lush green nature of Namsan Mountain, Festa Dining is Chef Leo Kang's modern Korean restaurant. Using painstakingly-sourced ingredients, Kang recreates seasonal menus featuring modern interpretations of traditional cuisine from the Joseon era. The restaurant's signature dishes include bibimbap, pan fried battered hanwoo beef, and a salad of honeycomb tripe tossed with Goheung yuzu dressing. The restaurant is spacious, ideal for both business and private gatherings.
