The dough room itself, where all the pastas are made fresh, daily, is undoubtedly the heart of the restaurant. While offering authentic flavors of Italy, it also serves fusion pasta dishes using ingredients familiar to the local palate - for example, their buckwheat cannelloni. Asking for the action-packed dough room table when making a reservation is highly recommended.
