MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The Four Seasons Hotel is home to this chic Italian restaurant, located on the second floor. The enormous dining hall and the airy open kitchen are completely decked out in opulent white marble, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the heart of Seoul. Signature dishes include pan-seared sea bass with lemon curd and pine nut-crusted lamb loin. For dessert, Baba with limoncello is something new. Boccalino becomes a popular brunch spot on weekends.
