This is the eponymous restaurant of Chef Im Sang-hyeon who also runs another sushiya in the same building. Located on the first floor, the tiny eatery with only a six-seat counter is so secretive that even the button on the entry door is disguised. Your omakase may begin with tsumami (appetizers) featuring a range of exotic ingredients, before proceeding to sushi dishes that highlight a fine balance between shari (rice) and neta (fish topping).
