MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Eye-catching visual design elements welcome the guests at RIPE with its high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, modern bar seats and a large-scale object reminiscent of a metal safe. Chef Kim Ho-yoon showcases modern dishes based on Korean cuisine, with a focus on barbecue. Only one tasting menu is available, but it offers a great opportunity for diners to enjoy the care and creativity Chef Kim puts on the plate. The restaurant offers five private dining rooms in addition to the open counter seats.
