MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Meaning "come and taste" in Thai, Long Chim Seoul is Australian Chef David Thompson's fifth overseas outpost. The restaurant offers its diners a taste of authentic Thai flavors using ingredients and produce imported from Thailand. The heady aroma of fresh herbs, the rich and creamy coconut-based sauces, and the explosion of flavors - bitter, sweet, salty, sour, and spicy - are all present and will blow you away with their intensity. The space itself is hip and modern, featuring the hotel's trademark design elements.
