MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Chef Jamie Jo spent many years in California, nurturing a deep appreciation for quality produce and ingredients. As the name of the restaurant suggests, this food is free-spirited, uncategorized and reflective of the chef's wordly experiences. The regularly changing menu tells the story of the seasons: dishes come with whimsical names like 'Reminiscing Spring', 'Summer Garden' and 'Waiting on Autumn' and show the chef's love for seasonal ingredients.
