MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The last three Kanji characters of the restaurant's name mean ‘everyday dishes’; this is where to enjoy home-style Chinese cooking. The ‘Sansai Nabe’ is an original of pork and pickled cabbage cooked in an earthenware pot. The beef and tomato noodles are popular, as is the Chinese mitten crab fried rice. They use authentic Chinese vegetables here, like pea sprouts in spring, Chinese water spinach in summer, Chinese broccoli in autumn, and Guangdong tohaku in winter.
