Originally from Vianópolis, Brazil, it's clear that hospitality runs through her veins. 
The chef's careful and skilled hand is evident in her food, which tastes of pure passion. The honest food transports diners to Brazil with dishes such as empadão de frango, a legendary chicken pot-pie. Nab the moqueca, a Brazilian seafood stew in a coconut sauce, if on offer, though the seafood bowl is a luscious alternative. Bite-sized coxinhas filled with shredded spiced chicken with an aioli dipping sauce are always a good idea.
